We went to Makkah last Thursday to visit some pilgrims. I was really excited to see the huge crowd. But that didn't really prepare me for the smorgasbord of people and cars that hogged the city. In a good way. Makkah will always be one of my favorite places to visit.
It rained pretty hard. And there was hail! Some parts of the city were flooded. Good thing there were no floods in the part where we were stuck.
Well, we got stuck inside the tunnel for hours and hours on end due to the massive traffic in the city.
No matter what type of mishap (though it wasn't really a mishap) happens, visiting Makkah is always fun and I just can't say no every time they (Bapa or Omie or anyone for that matter) ask me whether I want to come or not.
